Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga is of immense help in pregnancy and labour. It helps relaxation and stress management as well as providing tools for Mama to use in labour and birth. Yoga stretches help to open the pelvis, provide more space for the baby and can alleviate some of the yucky side effects of pregnancy for Mama. Yoga also brings a calmness of mind and an awareness of breath that are invaluable tools for labour.
